The health and safety of our client families, community, staff and stakeholders is our highest priority and concern. During this time of uncertainty, we are committed to this standard.
As we closely monitor this situation daily via the Government Health Department and with the support of the Australian Funeral Directors Association (AFDA) the implementing of safeguards based on recommendations will continue to occur throughout our company.

Currently there is to be no more than 20 attendees at a funeral (not inclusive of funeral staff/ celebrant and subject to venue size). Therefore we have had to adjust how we conduct funeral services. We are now arranging funerals with this in mind and discussing with families the different options available.

We ask that our community is mindful of the exposure and spread of COVID-19. We understand that this is especially difficult at a time of grief where a handshake, hug or kiss is a natural way we comfort and care for one another, but we do know that this virus spreads through close contact with an infected person and remind everyone to be vigilant and aware of this.

Throughout our funeral homes we have made available multiple hand sanitiser stations and information to ensure our environments remain safe for our communities. We will also provide these stations at funerals conducted outside our facilities.
